Palletizing system with centralized material pass-through

The EROWA ProductionChuck 210 palletizing system is suitable for palletizing of workpieces and clamping devices. However, the feature that uniquely distinguishes the system is, depending on the model, the hole in the center of the pallet and the chuck. Bar stock up to 81 mm diameter as well as lines for the operation of fixtures can be passed through this opening.

PC 210 chucks are robust and have a compact design. The low installation height provides plenty of space for palletized workpieces.

• Blow-off Z-supporting surfaces. • Pallets 4 x 90° indexable. • Repeatability < 0.002 mm. • Centered dia. 81 mm hole for medium passage or bar stock. • Integrated ITS chuck in the center (PC210 Combi chuck). • The closing mechanism located at the circumference provides a stable connection between the chuck and pallet. • Use on machine spindles.

The palletizing system is also ideal for use on lathes and circular grinding machines.

The ingenious clamping mechanism at the circumference of the PC 210 chuck provides optimum tilt stability and powerful clamping of the PC 210 pallet. The Z-supports are cleaned automatically with air. High process reliability in automatic loading is guaranteed.

The ProductionChuck 210 Combi has an integrated EROWA PowerChuck P. This allows accommodation of ITS and ProductionChuck 210 pallets flexibly and simultaneously. Palletized clamping devices in the robot magazine. The PC 210 palletizing system can be automated. EROWA offers suitable handling equipment for any need. The dia. 81 mm hole allows central passing of bar stock. This is a big advantage for workpiece machining on lathes and indexing units.
