Flexible and consistent palletizing EROWA MTS (Modular Tooling System) is an open, very flexible palletizing system. It offers various usage possibilities: Single palletizing with one MTS chuck or multiple palletizing with several MTS chucks.

LxWxH Depending on the machine

Downtime of the machine is reduced to a minimum by MTS. More workpieces and jobs are prepared while the machine is in production. After the current job has finished, the new prepared job is set up on the machine and started in no time.

MTS chucks are operated manually or automatically.

Variable tombstones. The MTS system is the interface to fixtures and vises.

Existing vises, gauges and fixtures are equipped with chucking spigots or palletized and used in the MTS system immediately.

Maximum safety: The MTS+ clamping system and the corresponding control unit provide a quick overview: Is a pallet clamped? Are the chucks opened correctly? Has the pallet been clamped correctly?

MTS base plates are the flexible and precise interfaces for single or multiple palletizing. MTS base plates are available in various version. With 2, 4, 6 or 8 MTS chucks. We’ll be happy to advise you on customized versions as well.

Very precise and extremely robust With a repeatability of two thousandths millimeters, the precision of the EROWA UPC (Universal Power Chuck) palletizing system leaves nothing to be desired.

EROWA UPC The widely spaced support surfaces of the UPC chuck make the palletizing system extremely tilt-proof. The pallet is pre-centered with chucking spigots. Then four robust centering segments take over to ensure precise positioning in the pallet and chuck.

Compressed air is used for opening and cleaning. The closure generates a pull-down force of 50,000 N.

The UPC chuck with the integrated ITS chuck ensures seamless integration of EROWA ITS 50 or ITS 100 workpiece carrier in the UPC system. This combination enables the flexible use of the clamping system depending on the part size.

Vices, gauges and fixtures are mounted on the UPC pallet. We will be happy to advise you on customized fixture solutions as well.

The UPC palletizing system is the interface between the manufacturing machine and the workpiece for various machining technologies such as: milling, grinding, drilling, and measuring machines. Changeover takes just a few steps and then production can continue.

The UPC palletizing system is consistently automatable. The chucks are completely sealed against ingress of coolant and chips. The contact surfaces are cleaned automatically and thoroughly with air.

The chucking spigots and centering segments ensure powerful and precise positioning of the UPC pallets.

Palletizing system with centralized material pass-through The EROWA ProductionChuck 210 palletizing system is suitable for palletizing of workpieces and clamping devices. However, the feature that uniquely distinguishes the system is, depending on the model, the hole in the center of the pallet and the chuck. Bar stock up to 81 mm diameter as well as lines for the operation of fixtures can be passed through this opening.

The jaws can be set up easily and quickly by hand without any tools.

For use on small machines, the selfcentering vise is available in a smaller design as Model 85 P. The properties are the same as those of its big brother.
