Goodall® DuraCrimp® utility: the total solution Goodall® DuraCrimp® Utility is a new, exclusive, and safe crimping system for Goodall® Utility hoses. There is so much careless and unsafe handling of water and compressed air hoses. In many cases, users underestimate the danger when, for example, a coupling disengages at an air pressure of 10 bar/150 psi.

To avoid failing connections, users must choose a safe fitting and a secure assembly method. Our specialised R&D team has developed the DuraCrimp® Utility system, consisting only of components that fit together harmoniously.

Goodall® utility hoses Goodall® multipurpose hoses are all made from high-quality rubber compounds. The cover provides high wear resistance, ozone, and weather resistance - even at higher temperatures. The hoses are reinforced with durable polyester that leads to a high tensile strength and working pressure. All hoses are tested and are according to ISO 1402. Goodall® multipurpose hoses combine high kink resistance with great flexibility.

Goodall® DuraCrimp® Utility Fittings The importance of selecting the right hose and fitting combination is often overlooked and underestimated. The right hose and fitting combination is, however, vital for overall functionality and long-term service life of the complete system the hose is used in. Spill-free, protecting the environment and controlling pollution are gaining importance in response to priorities being set by regulators and end-users. The unique design of the Goodall® DuraCrimp® Utility fittings and ferrules ensure a secure and leak-free connection. Goodall® intensively tests the hoses, couplings and ferrules to assure that the respective Goodall® coupling is compatible with each Goodall® Utility hose in this catalogue. It is essential that hose, coupling, ferrule and crimping tools should match precisely according the Goodall® DuraCrimp® Utility crimping tables. The crimping tables are available for our Goodall® distributors. Goodall® is not responsible for ensuring that hoses from other manufacturers are compatible with Goodall® DuraCrimp® Utility couplings, nor does Goodall® takes responsibility for other manufacturers’ fitting compatibility with Goodall® Utility hoses.

Environmentally-friendly plating process ■■

Chromium-6 (or sometimes called “Hexavalent chromium”) plating can, under certain circumstances, act as a carcinogenic.

Skin contact can bring about allergic reactions.

All GOODALL DuraCrimp Utility couplings and ferrules have been manufactured using Chromium 6-free plating.

The Goodall plating process enhances corrosion resistance and is more environmentally-friendly than the Chromium-6 plating
