- New ground up luxury home, with 3 bedrooms, 1 primary with all of the accoutrements, finished basement, and attached garage with bonus room. This project additionally included several redesigns, structural calculations and coordination and filing with the local authority having jurisdiction.
Verizon, New York
- Oversaw the drafting and filing of for Verizon, CofO program for NYC buildings. Including complete drawings and leading weekly meetings for program status updates.
- Developed, oversaw and coordinated required MEP, Civil and Structural engineers and scopes for the disaster remediation of a flooded building in Scarsdale, NY from initial disaster analysis through construction administration. Construction is completed
- Managed and coordinated Fire Alarm Program. Required knowledge of existing building conditions and requirement of current code for fire alarm compliance. Various locations throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Various Commercial Projects, New York City, New York
- ALT II and ALT I filings with coordination with the Landmarks Preservation Committee and the DOB. And extensive knowledge of TR1, TR8 filing documents, etc.
- Interior renovations of 1,000sf-2,000sf including facade alterations for several restaurants, bars and barbershops throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.
8th Street Residence, Brooklyn, New York
- +-2,000sf brownstone, $500,000 construction budget.
- Construction completed and signed off.
- Interior and exterior renovation to include a second apartment unit additional to the primary family living spaces. This project included coordination with the LPC and ALT-1 filings as well as MEP and structural applications.
Dekalb Avenue Condo, Brooklyn, New York
- 4,305 square foot, 6 unit residential building. $2.4 million dollar rprojected enovation cost.
- Oversaw construction through interior demolition.
- Filing and coordination for this brownstone renovation required, quick learning and knowledge of AG reports, flood plane accommodations and constructability resolutions. The location and cost of construction for this building led to a strong understanding of constructability and AG reports. Additionally included LPC and ALT-1 filings.
Newkirk Apartments, Jersey City, New Jersey
- New ground up, 31,128sf, 5 story, 29 unit, residential condo building.
- Construction was completed June 2019.
- Evaluated RFI, submittals and change orders and managed internal logs. Led construction administration site visits and coordinated punchlist items.
Summit Avenue Apartments, Jersey City, New Jersey
- New ground up, 134,257sf, 9 story, 99 unit, residential condo building.
- Oversaw construction through slab pours. Construction has since been completed.
- Led the architectural team, coordinating drafting internally including all filing and construction documents, coordinating building assembly details with engineers. Led client design meetings and coordination meetings with engineers. Evaluated shop drawings, RFI and submittals.
Washington Avenue Apartment, Brooklyn, New York
- 932 square foot residential apartment. $85,000 construction cost.
- Renovation was completed.
- Interior renovation for this 932sf apartment which included the removal of a bedroom for a larger living space, along with all new select finishes and fixtures. This ALT-II filing included general construction and MEP work types. Construction is complete.
