He began his career in the public service as a legislative assistant for the Buffalo Common Council central staff where he conducted legislative research and presented recommendations for affirmative action policies in the minority business development. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the National Real Estate Board (NAREB) Mr. Frazier and Mr. Antoine will be talking about the importance of black home ownership and the steps that civil activist groups such as NAREB has made to make sure that the Federal Government creates an equal playing field for all. NAREB, in attempts to achieve this, has been able to break down the barriers in the Fair Housing and the discriminations happening against black Americans. Though there are still some subtle ways that indiscrimination is still practices, NAREB is still very much engaged in the fight to end these injustices. This release will teach you so much about the history of the black Americans as we get ready for the Juneteenth celebrations.

antoine thompson Antoine Maurice Thompson, the National Executive Director of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) is a staunch advocate for people and small business. He began his career in the public service as a legislative assistant for the Buffalo Common Council Central Staff. Later, he was appointed as Antoine Thompson the Executive Director of Office of Urban Initiative, Inc. Antoine was unanimously appointed to the Buffalo Common Council as a National Excecutive Director, representative of the Masten District where he served for 5 years.
