For more than 16 years, I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors – helping them find their first homes, their dream homes, and their next big investments. Building long-term relationships is my top priority. With that mentality at the helm, I have garnered a client base filled almost entirely with repeat and referral business. Serving the eclectic Southern California community, I celebrate the region for its diverse tastes, backgrounds, and interests. In one day, residents can go from hiking and skiing mountaintops to exploring the desert to ending their night on a downtown rooftop or at a beachside barbecue. Assisting clients in narrowing their search, I provide equal value negotiating optimal agreements and writing strong offers that benefit both seller and buyer clients.

Volunteered for 10 years for a no kill cat rescue, currently volunteer with https://cascadeofempowerment.org/ its an organization that supports and empower primarily widows and they also support divorced and single moms. I was raised by 2 womenmy maternal grandmother who was a widowed and my mom a single parent. My father was in the army and left when I was a young. I am the person that I am today because of those 2 beautiful women. They taught me if you work hard that I could be anything that I set my mind too. Also if you are going to do something- if you do it right the first time you wont have to do it again!!! I miss them both so much but their words will live with me for the rest of my life...

In part 2 of this interview, Mark Panniccia shares the insight he received from asset management companies, services, and investor groups about delinquency and the increase in REO activities. Default rates are rising but starting from a very low base. Mark learned that we are still at pre-pandemic lows when it comes to new foreclosure starts. He goes into detail on the comments from the panelist who represent two different groups: Servicers and Regulators and the Investor Group. Servicers and Regulators are not seeing more than a ripple in foreclosures. The Investor Groups believe that their many people are sitting on the sidelines with their cash and waiting because the bid and the ask on pools of notes have widened to the point that very few deals are getting done. Bidders are only willing to pay 70 cents on the dollar unless they are desperate. They are expecting some originators to go bankrupt. This was a great discussion. Please watch and share.
