The information in eresource gets updated on regular basis as per the new developments.

Traceability matrix of Product in eresource is on the basis of Traceability Code OR “Heat Number� OR Bar code Eresource enables you to create multiple companies, multiple branches under 1 company and multiple warehouse under 1 branch, etc., Product Feature List Provision to classify product categorization in different levels, here in the example below, the classification of the product is defined on the basis of Product Group (Example, Flanges), Product Sub Group (Example SLIP ON), and other parameters like, Size, Pressure Rating, Wall Thickness, Flange Grade, Ends Flange, Coating, etc.,

Search on product can be done using different permutation and combination. All information of one product can be viewed at one central screen, likewise, Weighted Average price, Last purchase, Sales history, Available Customers, In transit of the product, Stock Information, Purchase history of the product, etc.,

Purchase Order Processing Purchase starts from Enquiring from the vendors. All quotation received from the vendors can be evaluated on the basis of Quotation Comparison. Purchase Order in eresource can be generated on the basis of Approved Quotation or also Direct PO can be generated. Direct Purchase Order is usually generated in the case of Rate contract with the supplier.
