The Sample Lance is ideal for taking cross sectional samples of powders and some pastes. It is manufactured from high quality 316L stainless steel.

The Sample Lance is available with a range of different handles. The Heavy Duty Handle is ideal when the powder is hard and dense. They give additional leverage when the sampler is pushed into the product. Sample Lances can be supplied without handles when the powder is light and fluffy. Heavy Duty handles are suitable for all other applications. Easy to use. Just push the sampler into the powder to take a core sample.

Multilevel Tablet and Capsule Sampler Tablet and Capsule Sampler

The Multilevel Tablet and Capsule Sampler is suitable for taking a multilevel sample of tablets as the tablet receiving container is filled. The sampler should be placed in the collecting bin at the start of the production run. As the bin fills with tablets the Sampler will automatically take a sample from across the production run.

The sampler is available with either removable sampling cups or with sampling cups that have been welded to the frame.

The sampler has a hooked handle so it can be hooked over the rim of the container.

Operation

1. Hang the sampler on the side of the container.

2. As the container is filled the sampling cups will also fill.

3. When the container is full the sampler can be pulled out.

Multilevel Tablet Sampler

Tablet and Capsule Sampler

The Multilevel Tablet Sampler is suitable for taking a multilevel sample of tablets as the tablet receiving container is filled. The sampler should be placed in the collecting bin at the start of the production run. As the bin fills with tablets the Sampler will automatically take a sample from across the production run.

The Multilevel Tablet Sampler is also suitable for use with capsules.

The Multilevel Tablet Sampler is made from corrosion resistant electro-polished 316L stainless steel.
