Gastronomic experiences in different areas of the kitchen are experiences in which if there is the same quality and the same respect for the product, anyone can bring a single meal to any other person at that level. In 30 years of this, at all the places that I have eaten and with so many people who have cooked for me, it is hard for me to even choose a favorite dish.
O que me fez apaixonar pela cozinha e aquilo de que ainda hoje mais gosto é a possibilidade criativa que a cozinha oferece. Na cozinha aprende-se a fazer algo duma forma, mas posso sempre questionar: e se eu fizer de outra forma? E se eu adicionar algo diferente?
What made me fall in love with cooking and what I still love about it is the creative possibility that it offers. In cooking one learns how something should be done but I can always put the question: What if I do this differently? What if I add something different?
Na cozinha, o que me agarra não é a cozinha clássica no sentido de levar uma vida inteira a fazer o que outros levaram toda uma vida a fazer. É a possibilidade de eu alterar algumas receitas e de criar as minhas próprias receitas. Assim, a paixão pela cozinha foi para mim no início a sua possibilidade criativa e, hoje em dia, é a realidade criativa. Para mim, a cozinha é este mundo infinito de criação.
In cooking, what grabs me is not the classical cooking in the sense of taking a lifetime to do what others have taken a lifetime to do. It is the possibility to change some recipes and create my own. My passion for cooking was in the beginning its creative possibility, and nowadays, it is the creative reality. For me, cooking is this infinite world of creation. Num restaurante como este, a estrela Michelin é algo que nos acompanha e que nos motiva a todos e em todos os dias. E o que também motiva muito a equipa em geral, é a criatividade. A equipa vê que não estão estagnados, que estão constantemente a aprender, a aprender, a aprender e a evoluir.

O paladar é a coisa mais infinita que existe, é igual ao universo. Eu comparo o paladar ao universo, é exatamente igual, é ilimitado. Quando nascemos rejeitamos naturalmente o salgado e o doce mas depois dão-nos a provar o doce, depois o salgado e o paladar vai crescendo. À medida que vamos crescendo e provando diferentes sabores, o paladar vai crescendo também, vai sendo educado, mas nunca vamos chegar ao fim.
The palate is the most infinite thing that exists, is equal to the universe. I compare the taste to the universe, it is exactly the same, it is unlimited. When we are born we naturally reject the salty and sweet but then they give us to taste the sweet, then the salty and the palate is growing. As we grow and taste different tastes, the palate is growing too, it is being educated, but we will never reach the end. Hoje em dia, eu vivo carente no sentido de que alguém me dê alguma coisa que eu não conheço. Seja aquilo que for eu vou dar uma oportunidade e vou agradecer a qualquer um que me faça um prato com sabores que eu ainda não conheço.
Nowadays, I live wanting in the sense that someone gives me something I do not know. Whatever it is I am going to give it a try and I will thank anyone who makes me a dish with flavors that I do not yet know.

Quais são as vantagens que o programa dos “Golden visa" permite aos estrangeiro originários em países fora da união europeia? Qual o conselho que daria a um estrangeiro que planeia adquirir um imóvel se residente não habitual em Portugal?
Na sua opinião e experiência, como pode sumariar e/ou recomendar a utilização do advogado na compra e venda de imóveis em Portugal? Adquirir um imóvel em Portugal é um processo, muitas vezes, célere. Ainda assim, nunca se deverá prescindir de um acompanhamento especializado, pois existe diversa documentação que tem de ser analisada, em particular a referente à situação registral e fiscal do imóvel, por quem tem o conhecimento técnico na área. Além do mais, é pratica corrente a celebração de contrato promessa de compra e venda, o qual deverá ser elaborado por profissional especializado, pois que, a sua elaboração pressupõe o estabelecimento de direitos, deveres e obrigações quer para os vendedores quer para os compradores, os quais deverão ser ponderados, consoante as necessidades do caso concreto.
In your opinion and experience, how can you summarize and / or recommend the use of the lawyer in buying and selling real estate in Portugal? Acquiring a property in Portugal is a process, often fast, nevertheless, a specialized monitoring should never be dispensed with, since there is a lot of documentation that has to be analyzed, in particular regarding the registration and fiscal situation of the property, by those who have the technical knowledge in the area. Moreover, it is common practice to enter into a contract of purchase and sale, which must be prepared by a specialized professional, since its elaboration presupposes the establishment of rights, duties and obligations for both sellers and buyers, which should be weighted, depending on the needs of the particular case.
O panorama do investimento no mercado imobiliário em Portugal centra-se em dois pólos, que consistem na aquisição de imóveis para habitação, ou para investimento baseado na aquisição para rentabilização e a aquisição para revenda, onde o planeamento fiscal reveste especial importância. No que à componente fiscal respeita, foram celebrados diversos acordos multilateralismo entre Portugal e diversos Estados para evitar a dupla tributação e que deverão ser tidos em consideração aquando da aquisição de imóveis quer para habitação quer para investimentos imobiliários em Portugal. Motivos que colocam Portugal num patamar de investimento seguro e de elevada rentabilidade à semelhança de outros locais de relevância na Europa.

As far as the tax component is concerned, a number of multilateralism agreements have been concluded between Portugal and several states to avoid double taxation and should be taken into account when acquiring real estate for housing or real estate investments in Portugal. These reasons put Portugal at a level of safe investment and high profitability, similar to other places of importance in Europe.
A legislação que implementou os vistos gold visa precisamente cidadãos nacionais de estados que não integrem a União Europeia. Constituem uma forma mais célere e menos exigente de obter o visto de residência em Portugal do que a que é concedida aos restantes cidadãos estrangeiros residentes fora da União Europeia e permitem um atalho para uma futura cidadania. Para esse efeito é suficiente uma permanência mínima no país de sete dias no primeiro ano de residência e 14 dias, seguidos ou interpolados, nos subsequentes períodos de dois anos, para os requerentes dos vistos gold, podendo pedir a nacionalidade ao final de seis anos, como exige a lei em vigor, sendo que uma das áreas de investimento possível para efeito de atribuição de vistos Gold é o mercado imobiliário num montante mínimo de €500.000,00 (quinhentos mil euros). Os cidadãos estrangeiros portadores de vistos gold poderão também ter acesso ao espaço Schegen.
