STANDARD DOUBLE DOOR

AUTOCLAVE

 A recessed jacket surrounding the chamber of the Triple Wall structure prevents steam condensation and distributes steam evenly.

 As per international requirements, the Chamber is composed of chemically resistant stainless steel 314 Grade. The argon welded chamber features two stainless steel guided rails for effortless trolley movement and a mirror-shine surface without any cleaning dead angles.

 The aluminosilicate 85 mm layers make the chamber insulated and avoid temperature loss from the chamber. This insulation layer is covered by a stainless steel sheet 304 / 316 grade to make the autoclave as per ISO quality certificate standard.

 A double door autoclave features two doors .which are interlock under pressure. The front door and the rear door.

 Doors have a radial locking system with a joint less heat-proof inflatable silicone gasket.

 The sterilization cycle will start when the Door is completely closed and locked.

CONTROL SYSTEM AUTOCLAVE

 PLC + HMI control micro-data printing for autoclave sterilization cycle provides stable and dependable regulating.

 The sterilization cycle status, running time, running temperature and pressure of the jacket and chamber, operation record, printing, high/low temperature alarm, door opening alarm, and other procedures are all displayed on the controller interface.

 An animated display, trouble-free operation, and data storage capacity characterize a passwordprotected HMI.

 We have the option of manual and automatic operation with the touchscreen control device.

 For record-keeping purposes, the printer prints a temperature and pressure graph in real time along with the temperature, time, and pressure values. The user records all of these graph papers on a daily basis in accordance with international criteria.

DOUBLE DOOR AUTOCLAVE

The emergency stop button on Labtronixed Inc. autoclaves is for user safety in an emergency. When the emergency button is pressed, the steam sterilizer will immediately cease moving physically and open all of its valves, releasing the steam from the chamber.

PLC / HMI (AUTOMATIC OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM

The Vertical Autoclave / horizontal autoclave is made in a way that eliminates the need for human intervention. There is no need for manual water replenishment because the water motor is integrated within the machine. There's no need to choose the program every day because, once the parameters are selected, it will pick off where it left off. Without requiring human labor, machinery may finish the entire cycle from injecting water to drying the samples. The doors are prepared to open when the cycle is finished, and an alert will buzz to discharge the steam from the chamber.
