Preparation of a master plan for a 50-acre, 16-building campus to determine viable expansion alternatives & recommendations related to building systems, pallet count, phased expansion and associated costs. Design and construction of selected solutions including demolition of 10 buildings, renovation of the remaining facilities and a new 310,000 square foot distribution center. Successfully managed a complex schedule tied to the availability of state funds as well as maintained ongoing operations during construction.

Design-build services including LEED consulting for this new 600,000 square foot greenfield, highly automated distribution facility located on a 70-acre industrial site. The LEED-NC Gold facility features 550,000 square feet of distribution space including a 400,000 square foot material handling area and 170,000 square feet of warehouse.

Multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering services, as well as general contracting, for a new 381,800 square foot oil field division production facility to produce oil pumping units to current and future customers in the Middle East, Black Sea, Central Europe and Russia.
