After turning off the printer, press and hold the feed button for a few seconds. Keep pressing the button and turn the printer on again. Power on the printer while keeping the feed button pressed. Release the feed button when it starts printing. Press this button again to clear the cache. When a page will start printing, release the feed button. Now restart the printer.

RESET THE PRINTER
Press and hold Hold the reset button (on the back of the printer) after powering off the printer. Power it on while the reset button is still being pressed. This setting will make the printer in factory default mode. You will need to reconfigure your printer as all the settings previously done are lost now.
