REGISTRATION Register in person at the Recreation Center, by phone or online. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis or until class/activities are filled. If a class or activity is cancelled, participants may be asked to sign up for another class or a full refund or credit will be issued. The Recreation Division Manager may consider special requests. Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued. Refunds are processed monthly and mailed once a voucher is signed. For more information, call 307 - 789 - 1770. PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT BOARD MEETINGS The Evanston Parks and Recreation District Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Evanston Recreation Center.
