REGISTRATION Register in person at the Recreation Center, by phone or online. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis or until class/activities are filled. If a class or activity is cancelled, participants may be asked to sign up for another class or a full refund or credit will be issued. The Recreation Division Manager may consider special requests. Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued. Refunds are processed monthly and mailed once a voucher is signed. For more information, call 307 - 789 - 1770. ONLINE REGISTRATION Go to www.evanstonparksandrec.org and click on the Register Now button. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT BOARD MEETINGS The Evanston Parks and Recreation District Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Evanston Recreation Center. The public is welcome to attend. Please call 307 - 789 - 1770 to confirm specific meetings days and times as some monthly meetings are subject to change.

Monthly or 12 Month passes may be purchased any time of the year, and expire one year from date of purchase. 12 Month passes can be paid in full or in monthly withdrawals. Locker keys are only issued with a Rec Pass, current driver's license, car keys, school ID. Lost key fee $10. No smoking or alcoholic beverages. Food and beverages are allowed in lobby only. Shirts and shoes are required in all rooms and lobby. Children under 9 must be supervised by a person 16 years or older.

Go in the direction that is posted. Yield to runners first, walkers second. Do not stand around track railing.
