As Mayor of Bridgend Town I welcome you all to the Classic Car Show. I attended last year with my family and enjoyed the entertainment and speaking to the car owners and I am very much looking forward to judging today’s entries.
I am delighted that Bridgend Town Council is funding this event for the community for the second year. I have chaired the Community Engagement and Wellbeing Committee at Bridgend Town Council for 3 years and it has always been a priority of this committee to deliver high quality events for the local community
Expectations were exceeded with our first Christmas Lights Switch On Event last November and I am always so proud of our Remembrance Weekend Parades and Services.
