Anna is the founding pastor of the Garden Church and Feed and Be Fed Farm in San Pedro California, re-imagining church as an interconnected organism, worshiping, loving and serving together while transforming a plot of land into a vibrant urban farm and sanctuary. Through this process, she has become a leading voice in the food and faith movement. She is the founder and co-host of the Food and Faith Podcast, the author of This is God’s Table: Finding Church Beyond the Walls, and has written for various publications including Christian Century magazine. ♦

One of the highlights of the 120th Diocesan Convention was the commissioning of Ellen Lincourt as a Diocesan Evangelist.
Ellen is Senior AV Support Specialist at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She lends her digital skills to ministry at St. Michael's-onthe-Heights, Worcester and to our diocese as needed. ♦

With over 40 years of experience in finance, business and coaching, Mark is uniquely prepared to lead Human To Human at this critical moment. Created to support new ministries that are reaching people on the margins, Human To Human needs someone who can tell the story and invite others to share in this dynamic, Gospel-based work. Human To Human also needs someone who can help incubate new ministries, nurture and support lay and ordained leaders as they bring creative ministries to life. The Acting Director is responsible for developing and implementing a plan - in collaboration with the bishop, diocesan staff, the Human to Human Committee, and the mission directors - leading to the growth and development of the organization. ♦

William Harron

The Executive Committee of Province I is excited to announce the call of Will Harron to be the Coordinator of Province I.
Will is a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Amherst, Massachusetts and lives in Greenfield, Massachusetts. He holds a Master in Divinity degree from the Boston University School of Theology and spent two years in the Life Together Episcopal Service Corps in Boston before serving in several parishes and campus ministries in the greater Boston area from 2014-2019. In 2020, Will started the Young Adult Ministry Network in the Diocese of Western Massachusetts and he serves on the Episcopal Church Council of Advice for Young Adult and Campus Ministry. ♦

The Rt. Rev. Martin Field
The Rt. Rev. Martin Field, St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Worcester
The people of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Worcester called The Rt. Rev. Martin Scott Field, Bishop of West Missouri (resigned), to serve as Interim Rector. His service began February 1, 2022.
Bishop Field was consecrated and installed as the 8th Bishop of West Missouri on Saturday, March 5, 2011, by then-Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori, but his ministry in the Church spans over 45 years, beginning with youth ministry at age 18 while in college. After a decade of Naval Chaplaincy, Marty served congregations in West Tennessee and Eastern Michigan. At the time of his election, he was the Rector of St. Paul’s Church, Flint, Michigan and also served as Assistant to the Bishop for Congregational Life in the Diocese of Eastern Michigan. ♦

The Rev. Timothy Crellin
The Rev. Timothy Crellin, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Gardner
The people of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Gardner called the Rev. Timothy E. Crellin to serve as Priestin-Charge. His service began February 1, 2022.
In the early days of Tim's ministry, he founded St. Stephen's Youth Programs. a year round academic-enrichment programs now serving more than 850 young people per year at six sites in Boston and Chelsea. He is also a Co- Founder of B-PEACE for Jorge Task Force, a diocesan initiative addressing the issue of violence in the city through school partnerships, gun reform efforts, and youth employment. Tim is Chair of the Board of Episcopal City Mission and a Co-Founder of Diocesan Reparations Community of Practice, a group which is leading efforts to acknowledge our history and connection to wealth derived from the labor of enslaved people. ♦

The Rev. Maria "Mia" Kano
The Rev. Maria "Mia" Kano, St. Mark's Episcopal Church East Longmeadow
The people of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in East Longmeadow have called the Reverend Maria "Mia" Kano to serve as Priest-in-Charge. Mia's first Sunday will be May 8th.
Mia comes to Western Massachusetts from St. Andrew's, Wellesley, where she has served as assistant rector for youth and family since July 2019. At St. Andrew's, Mia transitioned all levels of children and youth formation to refreshed pedagogical approaches, including virtual learning, creative all-ages worship, outreach ministry integration, and Godly Play. She also devised and trained clergy and staff on innovative livestreaming and online liturgical solutions for pandemic ministry.
Mia was formed for priesthood at Church Divinity School of the Pacific, Berkley. where she earned the M. Div. She was ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Alan Gates on January 11, 2020. In addition to Clinical Pastoral Education, Mia trained in community organizing, facilitative leadership, and prophetic social witness during her two years with Life Together, the Boston-based Episcopal Service Corps program for young adults. ♦
