OUR VISION IS TO WORK GLOBALLY TO IDENTIFY AND RESTORE VICTIMS OF TRAUMA FROM ABUSE AND ITS DAMAGING EFFECTS. THIS IS IN ORDER TO FREE PEOPLE FROM THEIR SUFFERINGS AND INTERRUPT THE CYCLE OF ABUSE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.
OUR VISION
Dear Friends,
As we reflect on 2024, we see God’s hand impacting countless lives through the work He has called us to do.
Through your faithful support, we’ve seen miracles unfold, prayers answered and the undeniable evidence that God is still setting captives free! We are humbled by the privilege of being part of this, and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for walking alongside us.
This year, we took part in an incredible daring rescue — freeing a woman and her children after she was held captive 9 years by ISIS. Their freedom is a testament to God’s faithfulness and the power of your prayers.
In Israel, in the midst of unimaginable hardship, we were able to continue bringing comfort to war survivors through the distribution of Dignity Kits and Lion and Lamb Comfort Toys. These small but mighty tools offer not just physical relief, but a reminder that they are loved by God and remembered by you.
In Haiti, we sought to support an orphanage in a country struggling with violence and instability, while providing safety and care for vulnerable children. We negotiated to get critical food supplies into the country, and prayed for the protection of children. We even prayed for those leading gangs.
As always, our commitment to protecting children remains steadfast. Last year, we saw great strides in our elite Protecting Children’s Innocence (PCI) Task Force, empowering over 3,000 law enforcement officials to find and prosecute those who prey on the innocent.
In Southeast Asia, our work continues to restore trafficked girls, and we have plans to create a safe home for both girls and boys. Your gifts also provided refuge for abused children through a partner ministry in Mexico.
Our mission to spread the gospel took us into a youth prison in San Antonio, Texas, where we shared the message of hope with hardened teens. The response was overwhelming, as lives were touched and souls were saved.
In Iraq, we supported Orphans of War’s first outreach welcoming 283 children, and, in Kurdistan, celebrated the first salvation in a ministry led by a courageous pastor there. It’s a powerful reminder of how the gospel is transforming hearts even in the most oppressed regions.
In addition, we celebrated the release of The Dangerous Gentleman — a book highlighting the call to biblical masculinity — and The Unseen War e-course, equipping individuals to fight spiritual warfare with the truth of God’s Word.
None of this would be possible without you. Your prayers, your support and your faith have made a profound impact. Together, we are setting captives free — physically, emotionally and spiritually. Thank you for being part of this journey!
With grateful hearts,
Victor and Eileen Marx All Things Possible Ministries

I wish you could have seen it…
The moment when a young woman held captive by ISIS for nine, long years was reunited with her family, following our dangerous foray into enemy territory to rescue her.
It started when she escaped with our team — not necessarily understanding that she was being rescued. All through the night, she and her two sons — born to her while in captivity — were ushered from vehicle to vehicle across five countries to get her to safety.
This incredibly high-risk mission took six months to plan and was executed in the span of five days. Upon arrival in our safe house, we contacted her family to let her know she was safe. Up until that point, they had no idea about her situation. Her father had passed away from a broken heart after years of suffering over her abduction.
Our sources told us that her family had spent money to try and rescue her, but those attempts had failed. When she contacted her brother and let him know of what happened, what a joy to hear them speak for the first time since her captivity.
Our interpreter let us know that she said, “I don’t know where I am and I don’t know these people. I just know that I am safe with them and they are Christians from America.” We arranged for her brother to come get her the next day.
The reunion was deeply moving. She ran into her brother’s arms and sobbed. He wept too. Then he hugged the nephews he had never met. He eventually asked us what we wanted from him in return for freeing his sister and children.
We let him know that we wanted nothing — just for them to know that Christians from the USA heard from Jesus that this family needed help, and that we were honored to be used by Him to rescue and restore them.

One of the most important things we do at ATP is help people find spiritual freedom through a prayer approach that we call “retooling.”
This simply means that someone is being transformed to fulfill their true purpose. For Christians, this means freedom from spiritual hindrances that keep them from fully living out God’s plan for their lives.
We have prayed for thousands of people over the years and have seen God give them great freedom from demonic influences.
I am not talking about Hollywood’s focus on the extreme, which is a small part of what the enemy does. I am talking about people trying their best to live according to biblical principles but having a hard time shaking destructive habits, or getting beyond the intrusive thoughts and voices that paralyze their faith and growth.
This year, we got to see some new movement in this arena. I was blessed to go to a church here in the U.S. and train their leadership in our retooling prayer approach.
What a blessing to see a pastor and staff desiring to be equipped to help people be free from demonization in the name of Jesus. What a greater blessing to hear reports of what God is doing through retooling prayer at this local church as they step out in faith.
I am scheduled to conduct a few more trainings this year. Maybe your church wants to be equipped as well? Feel free to reach out to me directly at chaz@victormarx.com.

In late summer of 2024, our mission efforts expanded into one of the most impoverished parts of the world — Haiti.
While I myself did not go on this mission, due to danger, I was a part of the logistics and planning on the back end. This consisted of many long tedious days even into very late emotional nights assisting the team.
The sacrifices of the team that went in and everyone helping with the planning were some of the most selfless acts I’ve seen. At every challenge we faced with the process to get to an orphanage protected, it seemed like God had a blessing waiting on the other side.
The team returned, and the stories they told brought tears to my eyes. It hurt to know that such an evil territory could hold so many innocent souls just needing the love of Jesus, especially the children.
I’m honored to say I could be a part of helping behind the scenes, and grateful that God gave us such a rare opportunity to carry out the efforts we did. It’s a reminder that only God can open doors that no man could ever shut, and His favor can make the impossible possible.

It was January 3, 2024. We were in Sderot that day doing various objectives. One of them was to visit the police station that had been hit, taken over and blown up in order to kill the Hamas members that had invaded.
On the other side of the street was this homely apartment complex — near desolate, bullet holes and rocket debris with explosion marks scattered across the walls. Our team that had gone a week after the October 7 attack met a family there — a mommy, a daddy, an 8-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.
It was providence that, months later, they were still living there. To reiterate, this complex was nearly deserted. Sderot is right next to Gaza — one of the places hit the hardest. The population used to be around 30,000, but when we were there it was about 7,000.
We were there visiting this family, and the parents are filling us in on what’s been going on and how they’re doing. Then the most extraordinary thing happened. Their daughter starts talking and gets involved in the conversation. This is something that doesn’t happen too often. Kids aren’t normally so articulate and forthright in the way they speak, but this little girl was. So much so, we decided to interview her.
It was so amazingly powerful. She spoke from her heart, there was no pride or wanting to be concise. She was simply pouring out her heart to us, and it was very sweet and incredible — yet, at the same time, devastatingly heartbreaking. Why? Because no child should have to talk about what she talked about. Recalling memories, remembering such horrific trauma.
It’s encouraging because the darkness did not win, it did not break her. But that doesn’t take away the fact there was darkness, and this family had to endure it. It is a bittersweet story. One side is gut-wrenching heartbreak; on the other is hope and resiliency.
Even in darkness light dawns for the upright.

For several years now, All Things Possible Ministries has been partnering with World Outreach Center to bring the gospel and tangible support to vulnerable children and families in Mexico.
They sometimes travel hours to villages and, in every outreach they do, many children and adults respond to receive Jesus! They also provide for their physical needs by feeding all the children, and giving them a goody bag full of snacks, hygiene items, and our Lion and Lamb Comfort Toys.
They told us one story of a little boy who had used his Lion so much that it stopped working. He was crying when it wouldn’t play anymore, so his father prayed and it started working again!
His mother said he listens to it every night when he is going to sleep and is amazed at how powerful these therapeutic toys are — containing scriptures and soothing songs in their language.
Thank you for helping us to bring peace to these little ones.

REVELATION 21:5
In May, we received two new girls into our House of Refuge in Southeast Asia.
They are sisters who grew up in the slums and were being sold by their mother to gang member pedophiles.
We are praising the Lord that they are in our safe house and received the medical care they needed. Their names are Anna (meaning “favor”/”grace”) and Joanna (meaning “God is gracious”).
When our team took them in, they immediately were each given an ATP trauma-healing toy. The sisters began to cry as they had never had a toy before.
It was also their first time ever having a bed! They had only ever slept on the wood floor in the slums.
Nora, an abuse survivor who is now certified in trauma counseling for minors and a bold leader at the safe house, told them, “Jesus loves you a lot. We love you too. Don’t be afraid. We’re here to protect you. We won’t let evil people hurt you anymore.”
Our team at House of Refuge tells us the girls are doing great in school, and they just accepted Jesus as their Savior!

Over the summer, I got the opportunity to speak at a maximum security youth correctional facility in San Antonio. I praise God for the way He used my redemption story to speak in a powerful way to these kids!
There were about 40 teens there, mostly boys, and I shared the good news of the gospel and what God can do. More than half of them gave their hearts to Jesus!
We are so grateful for your faithful support that enables us to undertake these missions. We clearly need your prayers as well…
We were in the violent offenders unit, and a kid who’d been sneering at me the whole time — with a demonic look that I’ve come to recognize — jumped up and ran straight toward me.
At the last second, he turned away from me, like he couldn’t get to me. It took several guards to handcuff him and carry him out. Please pray for this tortured soul.
It’s because of YOU that we’re able to go and be the hands and feet of Jesus — wherever He calls us. Thank you again for partnering with us to set captives free!

Since 2016, we’ve supported Pastor Adil — a bold man of God — and his congregation in Kurdistan, Iraq.
We’re thrilled to share that, in June, he completed another discipleship course for 30 Yazidi children in an internally displaced persons camp.
The young man pictured here with Pastor Adil was the first to accept Jesus Christ!
The Yazidi people have endured severe persecution from ISIS.
Despite challenges in the camp — including violence and abuse — Pastor Adil remains dedicated to leading his community into a relationship with God, sharing the gospel and distributing our Lion and Lamb therapeutic toys.
Your prayers and support make moments like these possible, bringing hope and transformation to these young lives — and their communities.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’

AND REDEMPTION
The Dangerous Gentleman brims with powerful illustrations of bravery, responsibility, and tenderness, along with heart-pounding scenes from war zones and international rescues. Drawing on decades of missionary work in some of the world’s most dangerous places, Victor Marx explains what manhood and Christianity should look like in our day.
is dedicated to assisting law enforcement with advanced intelligence and technology to fight child sexual assault and exploitation. Leveraging stateof-the-art technology and seasoned intelligence expertise, the Task Force is helping local, state and federal law enforcement identify and apprehend offenders in these critical cases. Comprised of 16 highly skilled professionals, the Task Force provides bi-monthly intelligence briefings to over 3,000 law enforcement officials, offering insights into recent convictions, suspect tracking and dark web activity. Last year, the team launched a technology stack — or software applications — to support agencies nationwide, allowing them access to tools essential for tracking perpetrators.
