IDENTIFY, INTERRUPT AND RESTORE

2021 YEAR IN REVIEW

2021 ANNUAL — — REPORT

All Things Possible Ministries is a globally recognized, faith-based nonprofit organization.

Throughout 2021, All Things Possible Ministries (ATP) remained rooted to its vision, mission and core values, and had one of the most incredible years we’ve ever had. The full, risk-taking impact of our work may not be known until we reach heaven, meet the people we’ve positively reached and hear their life-changing and stories. When I first came in as the COO, I tried to measure our impact with metrics and quantitative collection. Halfway through 2021, we realized the numbers don’t matter nearly as much as the stories do. I hope you’ve had a chance to hear some of those stories, share our awe in what God has done and feel our excitement for what is to come.

JEFF TIEGS COO

Last fall, we conducted a detailed assessment of ATP, established our priorities and goals, and laid out the year as best as we could. It is remarkable to see how these ideas and goals came to life throughout the year.

We concluded that donors choose to support ATP because they: • • •

Connect with our vision and can see our faith in action. Find our people and message authentic and can sense our integrity and sincerity. Believe we heroically meet a real need and remain grounded in biblical truths.

ATP serves people across the globe by:

• • •

Providing hope and healing for a better life now and into eternity. Reinforcing their intrinsic value and their right to freedom. Meeting them where they are and integrating our story with theirs. Then, sharing these stories with the world.

ONE BILLION REACHED! I’d like to share a few stories from the year and highlight the quiet professionals on our team that work tirelessly and faithfully behind the scenes day in and day out. ATP’s most valuable resource is our team. Starting at the top, we rotated our Board of Directors and have a diversely talented group that governs and guides us throughout the year. We’ve been able to free up Victor and Eileen from needing to run projects to focusing on evangelism and outreach in a more impactful way. Victor ran hard through the first three quarters of the year as we introduced the Victor Marx Show five days a week on Christian Satellite Network (CSN) Radio. This was an incredible experience, and we believe that God called us to it but that He also called us away from it. We’ve enjoyed the rest from the rigor of creating new and engaging content five days a week, but we are looking forward to creating more multimedia outreach opportunities in 2022.

ATP traveled to hot spots around the world

Amid tremendous growth for ATP, Victor and Eileen were able to minister to those in need, spend some quality time with their children and grandchildren, create an online Marriage Course and crawl through weeks of Covid. We plan to expand the marriage outreach next year including conferences and filming an updated version of the course. We found sweet synchronicity with the team at EPIC. Team ATP traveled to hot spots around the world, returned to Iraq and created stories that EPIC shared with impeccable timing. This tempo we found naturally is guiding our plan going into 2022. We reached more than a billion people through our online efforts this year. Yes, you read that correctly — 1 billion people.

EMMA & SHILOH

It only stands to reason that as we tell impactful stories and reach more people that our fundraising would also increase. Luckily, we hired Emma and Shiloh this past year to manage and cultivate these relationships. The two of them work together seamlessly and ensure that our supporters continue to feel part of our ATP family — appreciated and valued.

CHAZ

Chaz Yandall moved from the Chief of Staff/Chief of Stuff position into ATP’s Chief Support Officer. This move was intended to free him up to conduct more ministerial outreach and focus on logistics strategically. Unfortunately, we did not find the right fit to backfill him as CoS and he has been filling all those roles this year. Finding the right person to become ATP’s Chief of Staff is a priority hire for 2022.

LINDSEY

Lindsey returned to ATP as a Project Manager for Lions and Lambs and Dignity Kits, but has been doing much more. She’s been helping the entire organization meet our goals and will move to a Director of Operations position later this year.

JEFF & MONICA

TEAM HIGHLIGHTS

Jeff and Monica are two of the primary pillars ATP rests upon. Jeff works tirelessly to keep up his martial skills, is a primary trainer for much of what we do at the Training Center and plays every position we ask him to fill. I’m not really sure how Monica keeps everything straight, especially with the money and gifts ATP sends out nearly every day. On top of a crazy year, Monica has been managing ATP’s direct support to high-risk Afghans that we continue to support as new ways to evacuate them become realities.

STARA MICHELE

Michele hunts each day, scouring sites and places where the rest of us don’t even want to look. ATP’s Counter Sex Trafficking effort grew consistently throughout the year and is poised to absolutely explode this year.

JULIANNE

ATP took the Daily Intelligence Brief (DIB) in house and developed a subscription model called the DIB Premium. Julianne (Jules) met this challenge head on and offers something special to ATP followers that is sorely needed in this upside-down world we live in.

FADWA & MOHAMMED

Stara always manages to stay grounded and juggle the balls we throw her way. For as many things we throw at her, she remains graceful and consistently professional, completing each task with no fail.

We were sad to see Fadwa depart ATP, but are proud of her as she simply felt that she needed to spend more time with her family. Mohammed, ever faithful in Iraq, is picking up some of her load and things have been seamless. Returning to Iraq was an absolute highlight for ATP. We were able to see the children, widows and families that we committed to years ago. We have kept our word and continue to walk beside them. We will build an even more persistent presence in Iraq this year and look to replicate some of the successes we’ve had there in other places in the world.

HOLLY

Holly continues to defy the odds and singlehandedly grow House of Refuge (Holly’s House). We are so proud to be able to support this past year’s expansion and are looking forward to visiting her and her girls in Cambodia soon. What is happening there daily is truly incredible.

FABE & MONA

“WHOEVER WANTS TO BE MY DISCIPLE MUST DENY THEMSELVES AND TAKE UP THEIR CROSS AND FOLLOW ME.”

Fabe and Mona, All Things Possible Ministries Hawaii, are the longest serving members of ATP and we can’t thank them enough for their quiet service. It is my personal goal to highlight them more next year. They deserve it.

There are other faithful servants — Bobby, Jim, Fatima, JayMo, Jonathon, Leif and Nora — that are absolutely indispensable to ATP. Each of them fills a role that is truly unique to them. We want to welcome Frank to the team. Frank is a long-time friend of ATP and a personal friend to Victor. There is no question that God has placed us together at this crossroads asking us to trust Him as we move forward together. ATP is a tough place to work. Yeshua tells us in Matthew, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” I want to personally thank all of you for being part of ATP, joining us in this fight, sacrificing much to bring hope and healing to this broken world. p. 6 ATP 2021 Annual Report

MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS JANUARY •

Holly got back to the U.S. for a long overdue visit with her actual family and her ATP family. She returned to Cambodia refreshed with her specially selected Baden K-9, Ginger.

•

We held a couple of Women’s Events at the Training Center including the first Samantha Weekend focused on survivors of sex trafficking and trauma.

•

Michele arrived at the Training Center to help us get everything straight and spent a few months hunting predators from Colorado. We hope to get her a U.S. Visa soon.

FEBRUARY •

ATP acquired Orphans of War as a part of our mission set in Iraq. Through this effort, we support, feed, educate and minister to orphans and widows in the dangerous heart of Baghdad.

•

Victor and Eileen continue to travel and speak at various churches as we pivoted to putting our efforts into reaching people through radio and the Victor Marx Show.

•

Even before Victor and Eileen finished their online Marriage Course, we hosted couples from 10th Special Forces Group for a Marriage Weekend.

•

Documentary filming with Lauren Gillquist looked at Victor’s story with a new lens.

•

A full-time Donor Development Team came to life with Emma and Shiloh jumping straight in.

•

Improvements at the Training Center are ongoing, and God’s hand is evident as lives are changed.

p. 7 ATP 2021 Annual Report

MARCH •

ATP launched a Pilot Program w/ CRLT and Church Security Training. The pilot was a success, but we decided to hold on this effort as other priorities are more pressing.

•

We used this training as a Train the Trainer template to identify some cadre for different training at the Training Center. We identified four trainers that we’ve called upon throughout the year, mainly Jay Morrison.

•

We attended the Council for National Policy in Orlando. We accompanied David Harris Jr. at this event and met many influential people, including Winsome Sears, the newly elected Lieutenant Governor of Virginia while she was beginning her campaign.

•

We also attended a Faith and Freedom Event at the Smith County Republican Club in Tyler, Texas. While all our political forays have been fruitful, we feel that God is calling us to achieve His will outside of politics.

•

ATP launched a Pilot Program for Parole and Probation Officers to catch sex offender’s as they violate the requirements of their parole. This was hugely successful, and we plan to expand this project in 2022.

•

Retooling is integrated into everything we do at ATP and especially at the Training Center. We’ve lost count on how many lives have been changed as God guides us through this process regularly.

APRIL •

Michele and Emma stayed in the Team House at the Training Center. In addition to their primary roles in ATP, they were extremely helpful in the Training Events we hosted.

•

We hosted another Samantha Weekend where we invited survivors that were ready for some real breakthrough.

•

We also hosted our first Gold Star Spouses Weekend. The results were remarkable, and we plan to host more of these in 2022.

•

ATP headed to the U.S. Southern Border to see the migrant crisis firsthand. It didn’t take us long to realize that ATP is best suited more “upstream” in the migrant journey, and we shifted our focus to southern Mexico, Guatemala, Panama p. 8 and Colombia. ATP 2021 Annual Report

MAY •

We continued to host private visits at the Training Center where people come to be empowered, reinvigorated and set free.

•

The Iraq trip was one of the highlights for the year. We were able to visit our team there and reconnect with the children and families that remain part of Project Restore. We initiated expansion efforts that will be a priority focus in 2022.

JUNE •

We continued to mount a counter sex trafficking offense in areas around the U.S. The stage is set for a redoubled effort in 2022.

•

We hosted consecutive Father/Son Weekends at the Training Center. God continues to bless these events in remarkable ways.

•

The Never Give Up Tour was relaunched after setbacks from COVID restrictions. More dates are set for 2022.

JULY •

Joseph came to stay with us in Colorado and was mentored by many to rearrange his life, commit to God and find success. He was released from probation in November.

•

With the summer months, improvements at the Training Center shifted into overdrive. We continue to follow God’s plan for the property there.

•

Many different people spent time with us at the Training Center training, praying, retooling and departing spirit filled. p. 9 ATP 2021 Annual Report

AUGUST •

ATP hosted an Executive Leadership Training with one of our partner organizations that can be replicated each year. This training is based on the other training we do at the Training Center with more academic rigor included at the executive level.

•

We followed the migrant journey “upstream” into Mexico and Central America. We solidified our focus efforts for 2022 in Tapachula, Mexico and Cartagena, Colombia.

•

Our reporting on the migrant crisis reached the national level and is an example of what we offer each day in the DIB Premium.

•

Afghanistan falls and ATP answered the call. Victor and Eileen hosted a marathon of prayer and fasting, and the team headed to Washington, D.C. We developed a Common Operating Picture with our partners at Echo Analytics Group and Quiet Professionals, to find ways where we can impact this problem.

•

We film a Self Defense Seminar to be offered online in 2022. We also have an online Leadership Course ready to launch.

SEPTEMBER
