Completed 90 percent, BAF becomes a blessing for artists Bali Post

DENPASAR - By the annual extravagant event of the 33rd Bali Arts Festival (BAF) scheduled to be opened by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono next Friday (Jun 10), a number of infrastructural facilities such as booths to exhibit and sell superior handicraft products have been completed 90%. Based on observation of Bali Post, Tuesday (Jun 7), the south, west and central part of the Ksiraarnawa Building looked to have been arranged for exhibition stands. They were allocated for

the exhibition of various handicraft products and booths for non-transactional exhibition. Handing over of the booths from the organizer to tenant was held on Wednesday. One of the craftsmen, Agung Oka, joining to grace the BAF of this year said to be free from worries because government, in this regard related agency, had provided exhibition space for passive and active exhibitors. In other words, craftsmen could still get a blessing at the BAF this year because transaction was still allowed by the organizer. Continued on page 6
