Mangku Pastika said he fail in developing Bali This is due to the garbage and the traffic problem face by the island. “The one who judge us is other people and not our self. It is clear that the government fail to give the proper infrastructures for tourism in Bali.” During the meeting of the planning to build Bali International Park to support the APEC meeting in 2013, the governor said that the government will not fail a complaint regarding the article which was published on April 1 2011. “If the fact is like that so we cannot complaint. Bali is dirty, filled with garbage and there are traffic jams everywhere,” the Governor added. Mangku Pastika also said that the government thinks that there is no one who wants to give Bali a bad name in the international world. Even though Bali has so many problems but the government is

trying their best to solve the matter. The government is making the proper rule and method to solve the garbage problem. The Governor also instructed Bali Tourism Department to coordinate with Bali Tourism Board to find the solution for tourism in Bali. “The solution is also to change the mindset of the people in Bali regarding the behavior of throwing garbage not on the proper place,” he added. Regarding the traffic jam in the island, the governor said that the government is also trying to find the proper solution, one of them is building new roads in Bali. “The best way is to make new roads,” Mangku Pastika said. He urged everyone in Bali to make Bali suitable with its nickname which is the Island of Paradise.

PUTTAPARTHI, India - Crowds of anxious devotees of Sai Baba, one of India’s most famous gurus who is on life-support in hospital, gathered in his home town on Wednesday to offer prayers for his recovery. Sai Baba, an 85-year-old wild-haired Hindu spiritual leader with a following of millions across the world, is suffering from multiple problems including a heart condition, lung congestion and kidney failure. The latest health bulletin Wednesday said there had been “signs of improvement” in the functioning of his kidneys, but he remains on dialysis and a ventilator to help him breathe. Well-wishers have converged on Puttaparthi, his hometown in southeast India, from

nearby areas and abroad, many of them sleeping out in the open on pavements because of a lack of hotel rooms. Local shops, hotels and businesses have been shut for the past three days as a mark of respect. Clusters of devotees could be seen praying for his recovery and singing hymns praising him. “He has himself declared that he would be alive till his 96th year. And he can’t go wrong,” 43-year-old Putta Rangaiah, a volunteer for one of Sai Baba’s organisations, told AFP. Sai Baba, a living god in the eyes of his followers, is credited with many supernatural powers, including an ability to conjure objects out of thin air, remember past lives and cure terminal diseases.
