LOS ANGELES — Bill Cosby was sued Tuesday by a Southern California woman who claims the comedian molested her in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion around 1974 when she was 15 years old. Judy Huth’s sexual battery lawsuit does not specify how much she is seeking from Cosby, who has in recent weeks faced renewed accusations that he drugged and sexually assaulted more than a dozen women over many years. It is the first lawsuit Cosby has faced claiming sexual abuse since 2005. Huth’s lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, however, is the first time a woman has gone public claiming Cosby abused her when she was underage. A second woman told Pittsburgh television station KDKA last month that Cosby drugged her to the point of unconsciousness in the 1980s when she was 15. Huth’s lawsuit states that she and a 16-year-old friend first met Cosby at a Los Angeles-area film shoot and the comedian gave the girls drinks a week later at a tennis club. The lawsuit states that Cosby took them to the Playboy Mansion
after several drinks, and told the teenagers to lie and say they were 19 years old if asked. Her lawsuit states Cosby forced her to perform a sex act on him with his hand. An email message sent to Cosby’s attorney Martin Singer was not immediately returned. Singer has denied previous accusations or said the women raising the claims in interviews had been discredited. Singer’s statement does not apply to a lawsuit brought in 2005 by Andrea Constand, who claimed Cosby drugged and molested her at his suburban Philadelphia mansion in 2004. Constand, who worked for the women’s basketball team at Temple University, and Cosby settled the case before trial. Cosby, a Temple alumni, resigned from the university’s board of trustees on Monday. He had been the school’s public face, appearing in advertisements, fundraising campaigns and delivering commencement speeches. The accusations have put a significant dent in Cosby’s recent comeback efforts, forcing the cancellation of shows on his comedy tour and prompting Netflix and NBC to shelve projects featuring the comedian.
LONDON — Supermodels, million-dollar bras, rhinestones and glitter galore — it can only be a Victoria’s Secret catwalk show. The U.S. lingerie label brought its annual spectacle to London for the first time on Tuesday, dazzling guests with a high-octane mix of fashion and entertainment that featured 47 extravagantly dressed models and performances by pop princess Taylor Swift. Models sashayed down the catwalk wearing lingerie paired with sparkly, over-the-top costumes: think giant butterfly wings, full feather skirts, and gold knee-high stiletto boots. Top models Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio donned the brand’s “fantasy bras” - encrusted with thousands of jewels and worth $2 million each - and Karlie Kloss wore gilded angel wings made of 18K gold. Unlike most mainstream fashion shows, models walking for the lingerie label are told to have fun and flirt with the audience. They also got to wink, dance and laugh onstage with Swift, who appeared in a glamorous pink and black lace outfit. The singer later changed into a racy black lingerie set worn with a matching lace cape. Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran also featured as models strutted

around them. Asked whether he was nervous about performing so close to scantily-clad women, Sheeran joked: “That’s how I usually perform.” “It’s one of the only times I’ve ever played when the attention isn’t on the musician, so it’s an odd thing.” he added. Ahead of the show, model Lily Aldridge told reporters she was looking forward to a fun performance. “You can be sexy and have fun and smile. You get to let your
personality shine, so I love that,” she said. Aldridge called the performance a “little slumber party that we get to have in London” - albeit an expensive and slickly managed one. Champagne flowed for the hundreds of guests who turned out in tuxedos and evening gowns to watch the show, which ended with the models parading and dancing amid hundreds of balloons. A post-show party followed late into the night. The show will air in the U.S. on CBS on Dec. 9.

GIANYAR - Proliferation of investment besieging the Ubud area deviates from the four aspects of sustainable cultural tourism. It is worried to threaten the future viability of the Ubud tourism. One of them is the proliferation of budget hotel development having far impression from the sustainable cultural tourism. Observation made at various buffering locations of Ubud indicated if there were at least five locations of the establishment of six budget hotels. Even, some of which were mentioned to have deviated from the implementation of the existing spatial plan regulation. For instance, the land area of hotels did not have an ideal proportion with 40 percent of building and 60 percent of environment. Not only that, architecturally their buildings
looked to give far impression from the nuance of Balinese culture. Even, some of them did not comply with the borderline of the road in front of it. The existence of budget hotel has proliferated. One of which is adjacent to the Dalem Temple of Ubud Palace. When the Head of Gianyar Government Tourism Office, A.A. Bagus Ari Brahmanta, asked for his confirmation, he did not dismiss the threat of budget
hotels against the survival of Ubud cultural tourism. Based on his data, the budget hotels had been established at five locations in the Ubud area such as Tebesaya, Kengetan, Lodtunduh and Junjungan. A budget hotel was being built in each region. Then, he even added that two budget hotels were being built at Padangtegal Kelod. “So, when seeing the condition, it has much deviated from the Spatial Plan because the budget hotel put emphasis on the quantity of rooms and efficiency of land use. They must be in urban areas. Thus, it is clearly inappropriate with Gianyar better known as cultural tourism. Moreover, Ubud is better known as the village of culture,” said Ari Brahmanta. On that account, according to
him, the increasing development of budget hotel in Ubud area would not only threaten the survival of cultural tourism of Ubud. At the same time, it would also threaten the existence of home stays having become one of the characteristic of Ubud, and posed the economic source of local community. He explained there were four aspects that could not be separated from the sustainable tourism. Firstly, it was related to economic aspect where a building should not make a competition or harm the people’s economy. “This aspect will affect the economic sector of society, especially the local community who has already managed homestay,” he said. Then second was social aspect where it should not generate social
jealousy. Then, in terms of cultural aspect, the investment should respect local wisdom. For example, the existence of a budget hotel was adjacent to the temple and cemetery. Actually, the temple and cemetery contained local wisdom such as cremation and piodalan or temple anniversary. It would be contrast to the budget hotel that did not appreciate local wisdom. “The last one is environmental aspect. It can be compared whether the existing budget hotels have been in conformity with the Bylaw of Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), such as the ratio of building area to the open space or environment and the height of building. So, it can be cross-checked to each hotel,” he continued.
