Pattinson and Stewart reunite, snuggle
It is the first time they have appeared in public together since the couple’s infamous cheating scandal just a few months ago.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had their public reunion at the world premiere of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2” on Monday night in Los Angeles. The two were cozy, even though they separated mere moments after stepping foot on the carpet to do press.

Dealing with development onslaught
Bali must increase bargaining position

Gomez all smiles after Bieber split Selena Gomez showed Justin Bieber what he was missing when she stepped out for her first official public appearance since splitting with the “Boyfriend” singer on Halloween. The newly single star, 20, has kept a low profile in recent days but was all smiles as she walked the red carpet at Glamour’s Woman of the Year Awards at Carnegie Hall in NYC on Nov. 12. Wearing a white, lacy, peplum dress with a deep V-neck and matching pumps, the magazine’s December cover girl struck a sassy, lighthearted pose for the cameras. “Selena broke up with Justin about a week ago. It’s been a really challenging experience over the last year because of their crazy schedules,” an insider told Us Weekly on Nov. 9, shortly after E! first reported that the couple of nearly two years had gone their separate ways. “Selena definitely had some

ever-so-slight-yet-loving squeeze. Then the couple parted to do more press, but not before giving each other a quick acknowledgment.
The couple arrived in separate SUVs that pulled up at the same time. They stepped out separately -- yet near -- then came together to pose for photos arm and arm while among studio executives. Before they scooted further along the carpet in the midst of a crowd of people, Stewart was seen saying something quickly to Pattinson then cracking a quick smile. Posing for cameras again, arm and arm, Stewart brushed her hand against Pattinson’s back, giving him an

major trust issues with Justin.” Indeed, the two encountered their share of ups and downs. After taking their romance public in February 2011 at the Vanity Fair O s car party, Gomez faced backlash from her s u p e rstar beau’s adoring fans on the Internet. The couple also dealt with breakup rumors several times throughout t h e i r courtship.

allegedly threatened to slit her throat, escaped from a psychiatric hospital in February. Hoskins has previously been in trouble with the law for allegedly threatening to slit Madonna’s throat. The 46-year-old Berry recently endured a difficult custody battle with the 36-year-old Aubry. He argued the move to France would have been punitive and was designed to stop him from having contact with his daughter. Berry is now engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez. Halle Berry

According to E! Online, a judge has denied the actress’ request to move to France with her 4-year-old daughter Nahla. It is a win for Nahla’s father, Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Berry’s rep did not respond immediately to ABCNews.com’s request for comment. In her request, filed in February in a Los Angeles family court, Berry told the judge that she was concerned for her personal safety and her child’s, since two men who had stalked her were no longer locked up. One of the men, Richard Franco, was convicted of stalking Berry but was released earlier this year. The other man, Richard Hoskins, who

Moreover, the development based on the law in such away with the position of local regulation hierarchically lower is forced to be subject to. “Many examples can be found. Most recently, the road over the waters and the underpass were rejected and triggered a polemic. Ultimately, they were implemented so that Bali lay in a disadvantageous
position,” said the former Chairman of the Bali Chamber of Commerce and Industry, I Gde Wiratha. In some large projects worked on in Bali today, said the owner of some tourism properties, Bali was just a spectator. No share could be taken for the benefit of its society. “That’s why our leaders must have courage to reveal logical arguments in the
face of central government. The officials must be brave and so must the people’s representatives,” he said. By all means, he added, among more than thirty provinces in Indonesia, Bali had become the development target of central government. “It’s impossible if the central government will develop all the provinces. Only a few will be developed and Bali includes in it,” said Wiratha. For that reason, he asked all the regional components to be more willing to talk to central government so that we could obtain what should be our right. The develop-
ment would continue and all the parties would live through this condition. Meanwhile, the land of Bali would run out. On that account, he urged the government to be more realistic in safeguarding Bali. It should not talk only but committed many violations. “Regarding the height of building, for example, many parties commit violations. It needs thinking about whether the regulations on the building height should be non-negotiable or not. This is to save the land. Then, regarding the green belt, should it be left to become a slum or arranged in such
a way?” he asked. Without an immediate anticipation, added Wiratha, Bali would increasingly get wedged because it could not adapt intelligently. Now, the future of Bali lay in the hands of the officials and people’s representatives. Meanwhile, the small ripples of rejection taking place were only limited to that portion and then went away in keeping with the passage of time. “We are going to run out of energy at the bottom if continuing to do this way. Conversely, the central government keeps on exhorting, while the local officials can do nothing,” he said. (055)
