Looking back at Purpose Portraits
This week I attended the Purpose Portraits learning event by Marc Gregory, built around a powerful idea: a photograph shouldn’t just capture what you look like, it should reveal who you truly are.
Marc shared the process he uses to create his Purpose Portraits, guiding clients beyond their roles, titles, and surface identities to uncover the deeper essence that drives them. Through stories of entrepreneurs, leaders, and elite athletes, he showed how each portrait becomes a visual blueprint of purpose, reinvention, and inner truth.
He also opened up about his own turning point, burning out as an entrepreneur and rediscovering his purpose, and offered insights for those navigating transitions or entering their “second stage” with more clarity and confidence.

• Seeing myself through a new lens, who I am and where I’m headed
• Building confidence in moments of reinvention
• Learning how to show up naturally and comfortably in front of a camera
• Understanding how purpose can be translated visually into art and brand
