Data Protection: Are you Compliant?
Did you know that under the Data Protection Act, most businesses are required to register as Data Controllers / Processors with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner? If your company handles any personal data and hasn’t yet registered, you are at risk of non-compliance.
EO can organise a free sensitisation presentation where Amaan Kassam & Co. Advocates will walk you through the key provisions of the Act and how to ensure that your business is fully compliant.
The format could be a Forum Session, a 1:1, or a Chapter Wide presentation (to be confirmed).
