SEARCH

As a recruiting firm, we don’t just source the best candidates in the nonprofit industry, we consult with you to ensure we ’ re sourcing the Executives that best fit your organization

I would say that working with Envision Consulting on the ED Search was a dream. The process was very well defined, the timeline was accurate, and Envision did most of the heaving lifting while still hearing our needs and wishes. The end result was that we hired a magnificent candidate who had all the requirements we were seeking, and wrapped it up within the stated timeframe. We would certainly entertain working with Envision Consulting in the future.

Nonprofit on the Rocks began in 2020 as a way for Envision co-founder, Matt Kamin to bring the engaging conversations he was having regularly with passionate and innovative nonprofit leaders, to a broader audience He wanted the conversations to be insightful, but also accessible and fun, thus the happy hour angle

But the podcast isn’t just about talking about the nonprofit sector over drinks As the title implies, it’s also about discussing the myriad ways nonprofits are challenged, sometimes even brought to the brink of extinction Now in its 5th season, the podcast is focusing more on these trials and tribulations, taking audience questions, and allowing Matt and his savvy expert guests to advise listeners on how to navigate the turbulence.

While the show has a new format, it’s still the same fun departure from dull industry conversations. So, pull up a seat, pour yourself a drink, and join the conversation!
