Local levies fund the gap for student services, programs, and operations not fully funded by state and federal funding. Our EP&O Levy provides funding for continued educational programs and operations not funded by the state. This four-year levy replacement would maintain services and programs such as: Health & Safety: counselors, nurses and health room professionals, safety and security, social and mental health services Instructional & Support Staff: custodians, librarians, para-educators, certificated staff Student Support: early learning services, student support services Educational Programs and Services: teaching and school supplies, transportation, child nutrition services, music and arts programs, athletics, co-curricular programs Maintenance & Operations: of playgrounds, playfields, and other facilities and operational costs
Our Tech Levy provides our district's technology, including instructional technology equipment and infrastructure, related staff training, and other technology to enhance student learning. This six-year levy replacement would maintain funding for related services such as: Maintain and improve instructional technology & infrastructure Replace and upgrade computers, devices, hardware, software, and telecom systems Cyber security Provide staff training and support for new and existing technology Fund costs for associated staffing, hardware, software, online applications, and related equipment Cover ongoing fees for subscriptions, licenses, upgrades, and training
