芠 Thermostat Tips 芣 芢 芡 • To set your thermostat to a specific temperature, press the HOLD button. Once “HOLD” appears on the screen, you can adjust it to your preferred heating or cooling setting. • Setting your fan to the “On” mode will pause the air conditioning function and simply circulate the air already in your apartment.

뮂 Maintenance Requests 뮃 뮁 뮀 • Need something fixed? Simply log into your Resident Portal to submit a work order. Please allow up to 72 hours for completion — it may take longer if parts need to be ordered or a vendor is required. • For emergencies (such as major leaks, loss of A/C 80 degrees or higher outside or heat 50 degrees or lower outside, or no electricity), call the leasing office at 404-913-7722. Choose option 3 for maintenance and be sure to leave a PAGE OUT voicemail so our team is alerted right away.

껢 Quiet Hours & Noise Concerns 껤 껣 • Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM – 6 AM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. • To report a noise concern, call 404-913-7722 and select option 4 for our Courtesy Officer. Please leave a PAGE OUT voicemail so they can respond promptly.

꽅 Safety & Appliances 꽆 • Your fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. • If your smoke detector beeps, please submit a work order for a battery replacement. • Avoid overloading the washing machine, and please don’t wash comforters — it can cause leaks and damage. • Always clean the lint trap in your dryer after each load. • Be sure to lock your doors and take your keys when leaving; unfortunately, we don’t provide after-hours lock-outs. You’ll need to contact a locksmith if that happens. • Don’t block the freezer vent, as it may cause your food or ice to defrost.

놇 Trash & Disposal 놉 놈 • Valet Trash pickup runs Sunday–Thursday at 7 PM. 

You may set trash out as early as 6 PM. If you’ll be out before then, please use the trash chute room instead.

Trash placed out too early may result in a $25 fine per bag.

Always tie bags securely and place them inside the trash can — never directly on the carpet.

• Please remember, garbage disposals aren’t meant for large food scraps or items like bottle caps, glass, or silverware.

跦 Pets 跩 路 跮 跭 跬 跨 跫 跧 跪 We love pets — but only authorized pets listed on your lease are permitted. Unauthorized animals (including visiting pets) may result in a $100 fine plus $10 per day per resident.

뀋 Candles & Incense 뀏 뀍 뀌 뀎 While they smell great, burning candles and incense can quickly darken your AC filters and are not allowed per your lease.

艒 Wi-Fi Assistance If you experience internet issues, please contact AT&T for troubleshooting. If needed, call the leasing office and we can provide your account details.

In the summer, run your ceiling fan counter-clockwise to force the colder air down and draw hot air up. In the winter, change your ceiling fan to run clockwise to pull cold air up and force hot air down.

•

Use fans to cool your home instead of air conditioners. You can soak a thin t-shirt and attach it to the fan to allow the air to blow through the t-shirt to get cool.

Select a printer with power management capabilities. Printers with automatic “power down” features can reduce electricity use by over 65%. Printers automatically power down to 15-45 watts, depending on the number of pages per minute produced, after specified periods of inactivity.
