Employee-centric company is of course everybody’s dream work environment. Especially with changing trends of remote working vs on-site, delivery focused approach ensuring work-life balance is key. Such an environment always promotes positivity and has a greater impact on the overall stability and growth of the organization.

WHAT IS THE MOST ENGAGING OR SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB ROLE?
Being in Arada is like joining a family. As a CTO when the digital transformation program called Evolve was presented to the Board/ Key leadership teams, they not only understood the rationale behind the transformation but also agreed to take a few steps back to embark on 24 months digital transformation program. This shows the trust and support extended by the management and their willingness to go through disruption for such a longer duration.
WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB ROLE?
For a CTO or CIO, the technology is never a challenge. Management buy-in of strategies and strategic alignment with the rest of the leadership and key stakeholders is key. Managing changes, and soft issues and continuing to engage the user group part of the transformation is key to the success of the transformation.
