Catalyst Awards was pioneered by Enterprise Channels MEA, it is a novel award to honour individuals. While most awards celebrate leading organizations, the chief warriors who, in the process, make the success a reality miss the spotlight. But no more!!! In an industry where innovation occurs at light speed and competition reigns supreme, without the proper skillsets of individual leaders, even the best of solutions might miss out in the race. So Enterprise Channels MEA started a new trendof recognizing the best minds at work. The year 2015 was the launchpad of Catalyst Awards, bringing the real talent into limelight and
celebrating hardwork. Catalyst Awards received nominations for various categories which were carefully scrutinized by the management and the winners were decided based on the projects they have worked on delivered promising results. The broad categories included; CIO awards, Channel awards, Vendor awards. The evening of 7th April 2016 was a splendid one for the winners as well as organizers. The enchanting ballroom of The Armani Hotel and the delighted faces lit up the aura of the grand Catalyst Awards 2016. The award ceremony began with an opening note from the team along with the story of inception of Catalyst awards 2016. The delicately carved crystal trophies and the stage was set as the industry witnessed one of the most prestigious and unique awards of the year. Each winner was presented with a personalized trophy along with a certificate acknowledging
their work. Mr. Tushar Sahoo, Managing Director, Accent Infomedia said, “Catalyst Awards is really close to our hearts. We have attempted to acknowledge people who actually have excelled in their field of work and the idea is to celebrate the individuals for their undiluted attention and contribution towards the organization’s growth.
