We finished the first quarter of the year and we have had many activities so far this 2024. As you read the following pages, you will be able to see how the international alliances we have made with different embassies and business organizations have paid off. This has allowed us to explore business opportunities in diverse sectors, from manufacturingtofishingandaquaculture.

We also had the opportunity to accompany one of our corporate members in the celebration of its 15th anniversary,whichweareverypleasedabout.

In March we held our ordinary general assembly and elections, in the following pages you will meet our new Board of Directors, who will be in office for the 2024-2027 period.

ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

On Tuesday, March 12th, our Ordinary General Assembly was held, in which the outgoing President, Mario Ruanova, presented a report of theresultsobtainedduringthethreeyearsofhis administration, highlighting the economic promotion and investment attraction for the different economic sectors of Ensenada, as well astheinternationaltoursandthejointworkwith ProBaja Trade&investment. In addition, he thanked his board of directors and operational team with a presentation of awards for the 3 years of support in this work, overcoming challenges such as the pandemic, which led to seek new forms of digital promotion, obtaining greatresults.

Theelectedpresidentfortheperiod2024-2027is Mario A. Peregrina, who has participated as a EnsenadaEDCadvisor,aswellasinpromotional events,internationaltours,attentiontoprospects andlandingofcompaniesinEnsenada.

After being sworn in, Mario A. Peregrina deliveredamessageinwhichhestatedthat"in thecurrentglobaleconomiccontext,weareat a good time to promote ourselves as an investment destination, promoting the city's naturaleconomicvocationsandthoseinwhich we have greater professional experience, such as manufacturing, agribusiness, fishing, aquaculture,logistics,tourismandmore".

ATTENTION TO DELEGATIONS

JETRO MÉXICO

On Thursday, March 14, JETRO organized a trade mission of Japanese businessmen made up of 14 Japanese companies from Hokkaido, Aomori, Miyagi, Tokyo, Shizuoka, Mie, Hyogo and Fukuoka, who met with the Ensenada companies that participated in the decontamination test on February 23. In this event, Mario A. Peregrina, President of Ensenada EDC, made a presentation about investmentopportunitiesinBajaCalifornia.

SAN DIEGO REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

On Friday, March 15, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce met in Ensenada to strengthen commercial and cultural relations. We presented panoramas of Ensenada and San Diego, visited Comercializadora El Sargazo, to showcase the agricultural and seafood products of our local region, and enjoyed regional wines in Valle de Guadalupe. We thank CANACINTRA, Enrique Rodriguez Diaz from the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, our sponsor and partner GRUPO LOGIX and Jose Lopez Castellanosformakingthisagendapossible.

COMPANY VISITS

ATENEA DEL MAR

On March 26th we visited the company Atenea en el Mar, in conjunction with the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the State to discuss issues of promotion, talent and innovation within the fishing sector. We thank Minerva Perez Castro, CEO of Atenea en el Mar and current president of Canainpesca BC, for her warm welcome. Enrique Rodriguez from the Secretary of Economy attended this meeting, and Ensenada EDC was represented by Kennya Vargas, Director and Ushuaia Zepeda, Promoter.

ENERGÍA COSTA AZUL

On March 21, we attended a meeting with JETRO and Energía Costa Azul, in which ECA LNG's infrastructure and energy services were presented. We thank Alvaro Muñoz, Storage Director, and Jorge Uribe, Finance Director, for receiving us. Takao Nakahata, Director, Neysa Criollo, Deputy Director of Projects and Institutional Relations, and Chihiro Watanabe, Director of Industrial Promotion, attended on behalf of JETRO Mexico. Ensenada EDC was represented by Mario A. Peregrina, President andKennyaVargasMaldonado,Director.

ECA LNG ANNIVERSARY

CCEE BUSINESS GATHERING

On March 21 we attended the business gathering organized by the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Ensenada, A.C., which was held on the terrace of the Hotel Marea Vista, where we spent a very pleasant afternoon networking with a view of the sea. Mario A. Peregrina, Alberto Góngora, Miguel Coronado, Emma Zazueta, Gustavo Morachis and Kennya Vargas attended on behalf of Ensenada EDC. These events are held once a month, we invite you to attend and have a good time while networking.

On March 19, we attended the celebration of the 15th anniversary of Energía Costa Azul, a company dedicated to the storage and regasification of Liquefied Natural Gas in Ensenada In this event, the theme "The Role of Natural Gas in the Energy Transition and Security" was presented. Likewise, its most outstandingsupplierswererecognized,among which are our members, Corporativo Navarro, SC, Servicios Portuarios and Estudillo, and our members, Corporativo Navarro, S.C., Servicios Portuarios and Estudillo. , Servicios Portuarios and Estudillo y Compañía.
