WARRANTY
Enns Brothers provides a one-year parts & labor warranty from the 1st use date on machines put through our ServiceGard programs, as per the following guidelines:
• Parts & labor warranty on new John Deere replacement parts installed by our technicians
• If a new part installed during the inspection fails within 1 year from 1st date of use, we will replace it at no charge
• If a failure occurs on an item not repaired but that should have reasonably been caught during the inspection:
• Enns Brothers will make the repair at the same charge as if it was found and repaired during inspection
• Customer would still be responsible for the cost of the parts & labor
• Usually this would mean no travel time or service call fee would be charged to the customer
NOTE: Enns Brothers also provides priority in-season service to customers utilizing our ServiceGard programs.
UPTIME GUARANTEE
If we cannot get an emergency breakdown repaired in 24 hours, then the customer will receive a loaner unit, with the rent for that unit covered by Enns Brothers. If it is immediately known that the repair will take more than 24 hours, the Service department is responsible for the rent of the initial 24 hours of usage and the customer will receive their loaner as soon as possible.
Conditions
• Customer must complete all repairs deemed necessary by the dealership during the ServiceGard inspection to be eligible for the Uptime Guarantee.
• Failures deemed to be caused by abuse, misuse, or lack of maintenance or adjustment will not be covered by warranty or the Uptime Guarantee.
• Repairs covered by an insurable event will not be covered by warranty or the Uptime Guarantee.
• Equipment that is tampered with (ex. chipped, deleted) will not be covered by warranty or the Uptime Guarantee.
