The conflict triangle is a pattern of behavior that involves avoiding emotions by using coping mechanisms like blame, denial, and avoidance. These mechanisms may help in the short term, but they ultimately prevent you from dealing with the underlying issues. Instead of relying on coping mechanisms, try to face your emotions head-on.

By acknowledging your feelings and working through them, you'll be better equipped to handle future conflicts.

Hack: try to listen your thoughts like if someone else was saying them. What would you say to them?

Hack: pushing ice against your wrist can slow down your thoughts, also the negative ones

Hack: Try 1-for-1ing. "What if I fail?" ��"What if I'm the best one doing it so far?"
