Our association uses steam engines for plowing, harvesting, and sawing and we have early gas engines and tractors as well as a PRR steam locomotive engine.

The association is run and operated completely by volunteers.

SILENT AUCTION During our Annual Show we will be conducting a Silent Auction. The proceeds of the 2018 and 2019 Silent Auction are targeted for the repair and restoration of the Association's Steam Traction Engine - our 1927 George White. Our George White has been out of commission for too many years and what is a Steam Engine Association without an operating Steam Traction Engine! The estimated cost for repair is $30,000. Please visit the Silent Auction and bid on one or more of the great items that will be offered.

The goal for the Featured Tractor Program is not only to feature a tractor each year but to host a Local, Regional or National Club in a given year.

Just getting this program started has been an interesting process, talk about planning ahead, as you will see we have scheduled commitments as far out as 2026. There is ongoing discussion with Mid-Atlantic Allis Chalmers Club, York-Adams Two Cylinder Club, IH and John Deere.
