The program saved Sherry, the mother of four, after a family conflict jeopardized their living arrangement. Dawn also pulled together a “neighboring” group at their church, which became an essential support system for Sherry during her two years in the Bridge of Hope program. “A Touch Of Country” To Feature Motorcycle Ride To Benefit McGraw Tribute Artist Make-A-Wish Foundation Max Armstrong, the youngest of five children, grew up in a tightly knit family that became the Armstrong Family Singers. They were blessed to have the opportunity to tour throughout the United States and cut an album in 1976. When Tim McGraw first appeared on the country stage in 1994, many people approached Armstrong and told him how much he looked like the new country star. Armstrong put together his looks, his ability to sing, and his love for people and entertainment and became “McGraw to the Max,” a Tim McGraw tribute artist. While doing business at a print shop in Quarryville, Armstrong met Carol Fanelli, founder of the nonprofit organization We’re All God’s Children (WAGC). Fanelli had been searching for a fun and engaging way to raise funds for the ministry. “When I saw how See A Touch Of Country pg 9
