More than 75 new and gently used gowns in straight and plus sizes have been collected for the event, and the collection is ongoing. The club is also soliciting dress shoes and jewelry as well as gift certificates for manicures, hairstyling, and flowers to be distributed with the gowns. Additionally, the club will host a drawing for prom tickets at the high school. Ream plans to attend a senior class meeting to share the details. This is the first time the Millersville Lionesses have hosted Cinderella’s Closet, but other clubs around the country have held similar events.
