For residents of the Twin Valley area and the Coventries, the second Saturday in November is informally known as âBazaar Saturday.â On that day, shoppers can find holiday gifts and dĂŠcor, enjoy homemade foods and search for attic treasures at holiday bazaars offered at local churches. On Saturday, Nov. 11, four church bazaars can be found right along the Route 23 corridor
at St. Peter United Church of Christ (UCC), Brownbackâs UCC, Bethel United Methodist Church (UMC) and Moving Communities to Christ (MCC). âWe do find that people hit them all that day; thatâs why we like to keep it the same date as the others,â said Marcia Bittner, one of the event organizers of the Christmas bazaar at St. Peter UCC. âI find that each bazaar offers something a little different.â The Christmas bazaar at St. Peter UCC, 1920 Ridge Road (Route 23), See Bazaars pg 2
