COBYS Family Services is partnering with the Manheim Central School District (MCSD) to offer the Incredible Years Autism Parent program on Tuesdays, March 3 to May 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Doe Run Elementary School, 281 Doe Run Road, Manheim. The free 11-session program is offered to parents of children ages 2 to 9 on the autism spectrum or with language delays. The goal is to help promote children’s emotional regulation, social competence, language skills, school readiness, and relationships with others. Parents will also discuss ways to motivate children, set limits, and use positive behavior management strategies. Child care will be provided. Susquehanna Stage Company (SSC) will perform Katori Hall’s critically acclaimed two-person drama “The Mountaintop” on select dates from Friday, Feb. 14, to Sunday, Feb. 23 in the Eater Theater at the Marietta Center for the Arts, 133 W. Market St., Marietta. Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 14 and 15, and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Feb. 20, 21, and 22. Matinee
shows will begin at 2 p.m. on Sundays, Feb. 16 and 23. “The Mountaintop” is Hall’s fictional retelling of how the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spent his last night on Earth before his assassination. The 90minute drama is set entirely in one room at The Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tenn., on April 3, 1968, and will star Jeremy R. Patterson as King and Pilisa Nicolette Mackey as Camae. For 2020, the Lititz Fire & Ice festival will include more than 50 ice sculptures and a special pyrotechnic show held two nights of the event. But Holly DeKarske, executive director of Venture Lititz, which organizes the show along with the Lititz Lions Club, is most excited about the ice sculpture that will be located in front of the Lititz police station. Ice sculptures will fill downtown Lititz during the annual Fire & Ice festival scheduled to be held from Feb. 14 to 17. A pyrotechnic show, a chili cook-off, live music, and more will be part of this year’s event.

Susquehanna Stage Company To Present “The Mountaintop”
MARRIAGE ENCOURAGEMENT
610 E. Main St., Mount Joy, will host the biblical marriage enrichment course “Marriage: Together as One!” starting Friday, Feb. 28. Marriage ministry coaches Jeff and Missy Sugden will direct a time of biblical marriage teaching and Christ-centered resources. Their goal is to help strengthen and encourage married couples. At 6:30 p.m. a short meet-and-greet will begin with light refreshments. The first session topic is “Again, I Still Do.” It will be discussed from 7 to 8 p.m. Over the next several months, other course topics may include forgiveness, honor, communication and roles in marriage. College To Offer Entrepreneurship Camp By Chelsea Peifer
This summer, students entering grades nine through 12 are invited to take part in a new camp being offered by the Department of Business at Elizabethtown College, 1 Alpha Drive, Elizabethtown. “Entrepreneurship With a Purpose” is set to take place on campus
from Sunday to Friday, July 19 to 24. “This is a project we’ve been thinking of for several years,” explained Cristina E. From July 19 to 24, the Department of Business at Elizabethtown College will host “Entrepreneurship With a Purpose,” a summer camp designed to introduce high school students to the concept of developing a successful social enterprise. Camp graduates will receive a $1,000 scholarship, renewable for four years, to attend Elizabethtown College.

2 S. Hazel St., Manheim, will host its annual pancake supper on Sunday, Feb. 23. Continuous serving will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the basement of the church’s educational building. The meal will be available by donation, with proceeds helping to support Zion Lutheran’s youth ministry.
