Speaker To Share About Local Farm The Lower Swatara Township Historic Preservation Society will host a presentation on the history of Walnut Hill Farm on Thursday, July 21, at 6 p.m. at the Lower Swatara Township Firehouse, 1350 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown. Ruth Shireman will share stories of the Walnut Hill Farm property, located on Longview Drive, and families that lived there. The farmhouse and barn were originally built in 1856. Entries may include antiques, hot rods, rat rods and sports cars. There will be a meetand-greet with Wayne Carini of “Chasing Classic Cars” on Discovery’s Velocity HD channel. Through the event, the AACA aims to show its appreciation for the Hershey/Harrisburg community and introduce new generations of people to the world of cars.
