The 2.8-ounce eggs have received regional recognition through various media outlets. In 2019, nearly 81,000 eggs were sold through businesses, through direct orders, and at Seven Sorrows Parish. Roughly 6,000 pounds of peanut butter, 870 pounds of butter/margarine, and 4,320 pounds of chocolate were used. This year, 100 volunteers will prepare and distribute the eggs.
