WALNUT ROLL SALE

Members of the Federated Women’s Club of Hershey and the Hershey Lions Club invite the public to attend the groups’ annual pork and sauerkraut community dinner on Sunday, March 1. The Federated Women’s Club of Hershey and the Hershey Lions Club will serve their annual pork and sauerkraut community dinner on Sunday, March 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 433 E. Main St., Hummelstown.

248 E. Derry Road, Hershey, will host its 21st annual chili cook-off and square dance on Friday, Feb. 21, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the church’s fellowship hall. The event will begin with a chili supper. Attendees should bring a dish to share. Informal judging will determine cook-off winners in the chili and dessert categories. The Hershey Area Ministerium, an ecumenical collective of churches in the Hershey area, has scheduled a series of weekly worship services during Lent. All services will begin at 12:10 p.m. and will be followed by a light lunch provided by the hosting congregation. A nominal donation per person is suggested to cover the cost of the luncheon. The first service will be held on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 26, at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey. Worship will be led by John Triscik of St. Joan of Arc and the Rev.
