CHILI AND DANCING

Derry Presbyterian Church, 248 E. Derry Road, Hershey, will host its 20th annual Chili Cook-Off and Square Dance. The event, which will be highlighted by homemade chili and square dancing, will take place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22, in the church’s fellowship hall. The evening will begin with a chili supper. Attendees should bring a dish to share, such as a salad, dessert, or favorite chili recipe. Informal judging will determine cook-off winners in the chili and dessert categories. Following the supper, caller David Kreiter of Lititz will lead dancers of all ages in a variety of line and square dances. There is no admission fee, and people of all ages are welcome to attend.
