Eastern York High School Holds Homecoming BY CATHY MOLITORIS
astern York High School celebrated its homecoming court during halftime at the school’s football game on Oct. 30.

The 10 candidates were Rebecca Bradfield, Lilyana Campbell, Jake Crumling, Nate Dandridge, Neijon Gonzalez Perez, Sylar Hinkle, Emily Hoyer, Hannah Lentz, Ellie Lippy and Ava Studivant. Jake Crumling was crowned homecoming king, and Rebecca Bradfield was crowned homecoming queen. In addition to the football game, homecoming activities included spirit days, with students wearing school colors or Halloweenthemed shirts during the week leading up to homecoming. Rebecca is the daughter of Scott and Christina Bradfield of Windsor. At school, she is a member of the National Honor Society (NHS), Varsity Club, SADD club, recycling club and Interact club. She also plays varsity field hockey. Outside school, she volunteers at Leg Up Farm. After graduation, she plans to attend college and earn her doctorate in occupational therapy. See Homecoming pg 6

It’s been nearly 175 years since they put him in the ground. His family and friends are gone. The last people to actually know him have been gone for more than a century. All we know is hearsay at best.
