Do you ever arrive early for an appointment and decide to kill a few minutes by taking a walk? That is what I did on a lovely August day when I had an interview with a Landis Communities representative at Leaman Woods, located on the south side of the Landis Homes campus. Audrey Miller, Jo Miller, and Judy Eitnier, who are organizing the Bird-in-Hand United Methodist Church (BIHUMC) Crafter’s Bazaar, which features 100% handcrafted items, are adding a twist this year. “We will have tables featuring outreach mission projects to make the community aware of what we are working on,” said Audrey. The BIHUMC Women fundraiser benefits a number of local and global mission projects. Among the organizations that will receive funds are Clare House, Strait Paths
