In addition, every month the library hosts the artwork of one individual. The library also hosts Baby Time, Preschool Story Time and Homeschool Learning Through Literature sessions for children. For adults, there are two book clubs, with the Novel Bunch meeting every fourth Tuesday at 6 p.m. and the Mixed Nuts every first Friday at 1 p.m.

Volunteer Work Week Planned Chanceford Township is seeking volunteers to help with the cleanup effort along Otter Creek at Mill Road. A volunteer work week will run from Monday, April 22, through Saturday, April 27. Cleanup efforts will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Trash and hazardous debris, including tires,

Personnel have changed over the years, but the group’s aims have remained the same, including its focus on spreading the Gospel. On April 27, the quartet will be joined by the 40-voice New Song Community Choir, consisting of members from 18 churches in the southern York County area. The choir, which is known for its gospel music, will present several selections. A freewill offering will be received to help defray the expenses of the event. Collinsville Community Library, 2632 Delta Road, Brogue, will have its Second Read trailer open on Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a special price per bag of children’s books.
