MASD Selects Holiday Card Design
HSHA Slates Penguin Plunge
Each year, Middletown Area School District (MASD) sends a greeting card to vendors and business partners who support the district throughout the year. The creator of this year’s holiday card artwork is Jada Paredes, Class of 2021. The artwork for the card is submitted on a three-year cycle from a different school level on a rotating basis between the high school, middle school, and the elementary schools. This year, it was the high school students’ turn to submit their art pieces for consideration. The district office received many pieces from its high school artists. Jada’s watercolor cardinal expresses both the joy of the season and the wish of peace for the new year.
