SEAFOOD FEST
Christ United Methodist Church,
Waiting for someday to plan your funeral or cremation service may be a big mistake. Last time we checked, there is no someday on the calendar.
5 Main St., Yorkana, will host its next all-you-can-eat seafood fest on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. The menu will include steamed and fried shrimp, oyster stew, fried oysters, baked flounder, shrimp chowder, chicken fingers, french fries, coleslaw, dessert and beverages. Separate costs have been set for adults and for children ages 6 to 12, with children age 5 and under admitted free. Proceeds will benefit the church’s summer mission trip. Tickets can be reserved in advance by calling the church office at 717-757-3998. Tickets will also be available at the door, and orders may be made for eat-in or carryout. UNDERGROUND RAILROAD
