Engage PEO Chapters in Succession Planning: having helped rebuil d the East-Toronto Chapter, succession planning and increasing grass-roots volunteer involvement is critical to PEO’s success. I would work with our chapters & members to ensure they are supported and understand the new Chapter Manual.
Support ongoing PEO Modernization: engineering is evolving at a growing speed (e.g. biotech & AI) and PEO’s regulations need to ensure it can align with this growth. I would support the PSC doing a more frequent biennial review of our guidelines to ensure we account for these emerging fields; using feedback and data to determine if PEO should implement additional measures for protection
Promote Stakeholder Input in EIT 2.0: at PEO Council 572, Council gave Staff direction to continue operationalizing the “EIT 2.0” Program with the Attorney General’s support. I want to make sure a system for feedback is available to future program members to allow for improvements in the future
