I have over 15 years of volunteer service with PEO, over 12 years at the Chapter level and 3 years on PEO Council. While on Council I was an active participant; attending all meetings, including regulatory committee meetings and voted on all motions brought forward. I asked generative questions to ensure enough information was provided to carry out my duties.
With over 20 years of Engineering experience in the consulting field, Municipal utility companies and currently, in the construction industry, I bring a unique perspective to PEO. I have gained valuable insight into Engineering through several lenses –client/owner, designer/engineering firm and constructor.
I believe strongly in supporting PEO’s mandate to protect the public through effective regulation. This requires continued focus on regulatory work, such as improving licensing processes. I am proud of the work of Council, including the recent changes to licensing to meet FARPACTA and to be more inclusive.
