Flexicurtain is an industrial draw-aside curtaining system – ideal for dividing large areas of a building where regular fully open access is required. > Custom-made Flexicurtain is tailor-made using reinforced, firerated PVC materials. Curved tracks are utilized to accommodate bends.

> Building screen in a warehouse In a fast track new build for a major clothing retailer, the contractor were scheduled to hand over one half of the warehouse before completion of the other half. The client wanted a dust free environment to begin the internal fit-out so a Flexiscreen was required. However, the wind loadings on an 18m high building were potentially very high.

Westgate designed a screen with provision for excess wind loadings and the quarter of a mile screen was installed in 3 weeks, well on schedule.

> Building screen in a food factory Flexiscreen was used to screen off this food packaging area whilst building works were proceeding in the adjacent area.

Installation and dismantling is quick and clean – essential for critical hygiene areas.

> Flexitunnel Flexitunnel provided a clean, dust-free walkway, designed to allow staff to pass through a refurbishment area between the offices and the production facility of a pharmaceutical company.

It was made up with a composite pole structure enclosed with translucent reinforced Flexiscreen material panels connected together. A weighted hem was incorporated on the bottom edge to provide a dust seal.

> Clip-on Flexiscreens The builders of this warehouse wanted to proceed with the floor concreting before the line of loading bay doorways were completed.

Westgate provided the solution for keeping the weather out during this process by installing ‘Clip-on Flexiscreens’.

The screens were simply hooked onto existing steelwork and tensioned using ratchets and straps incorporated in the design.

This made them quick and easy to take down, move along and re-use as work progressed.

Flexistrip Weldflex filters out harmful UV radiation and protects from sparks and welding flash. At the same time, high visibility is maintained, keeping those inside the screen safe and everyone fully in view.

Flexistrip Weldflex falls back into place automatically after use and will drape around projections and obstacles whilst still giving full protection. Weldflex can be mounted on fixed frames, sliding track systems or on portable booths.
