• Unique 70% practical and 30% theoretical approach.

50+ IBA cocktails taught during the length of the course • 1 week of school based training. (Approx. 40 hours) • Receive a Diploma and the possibility of undertaking WSET Level 1 Award in Spirit • Job Placement assistance at completion of the course

Advance Molecular Course | £699 + Vat | 1 weeks

For competent bartenders who have already attained some solid work experience and are looking for a career upgrade. It is also the natural progression of our Foundation course.

• Intensive 5 day program (Appox. 40 hours) on modern mixology and science applied to the bar • 1 week of school based training - in-depth product knowledge and use of elaborated ingredients and machinery to produce a unique taste.

• Receive a Diploma and the possibility of undertaking WSET Level 1 Award in Spirit • Job Placement assistance at completion of the course
