the brief for @bar at the abode hotel, chester was to create an interior with a british gentlemens club feel to reflect the clientel from the nearby racecourse. we were given complete control for the design of the interior and used a combination of british made fabrics, lighting and furniture.

working directly with the owner and CEO of abode hotels from concept to complete installation - on time! following the successful design, fit-out and launch of @bar in the abode hotel, chester, hb were asked to re-design all categories of rooms for a complete refurbishment of the abode hotel, manchester, a converted cotton mill . we have intergrated the signature 'abode' feel with a slighty more urban twist. from the luxury of the suites, to the standard rooms we have used our bespoke 'big drops' wallcoverings alongside the newly developed abode chairs to produce rooms of character and luxury with a quirky english slant.
